INFECTED cover!
November 21, 2007 _ Scott Sigler

Start selling Grandma’s retirement stocks, because it’s getting close to that time where Junkies can pony up to own their very own copy (or three) of the first printing of INFECTED, a hardcover release due out April 1, 2008. That’s right, the national holiday of Siglerism is back in ‘08, and this time it’s Perry’s balls instead of Jian’s ovaries.

Crown Publishing gave me the go ahead to give the Junkies get FIRST LOOK at the cover (okay, it took a little intimidation, I mean, “convincing” to get them to give it up, but my mentor Hugo Chavez says I’m helping them because it’s for their own good). I think the cover is sa-weet and will really stand out on the book shelves. I hope you guys dig it!

Nasty place for a triangle!

Mark

What happened with the name change to “Infested”? I kinda thought that was a better name anyway since Perry is actually infested with a parasite.

Omry

cool [cover man, but wasn’t the name changed to infested?

Alex

HOLY FUCKING CRAP SIGLER.
that is one of the book covers i have ever seen… once again
you rock, my socks, around the clock!

Alex

Oh yeah and Infested, wtf??OMFG!BBQ! blah blah blah…

Graham

The cover looks good but could have been better.
For example by being able to see both eyes with only one with the cool blue triangle, as well as a relfection in that eye of a pair of chicken scissors which could have been in the spine as well.

Hopefully when Nocturnal goes to print you can keep the uber cool design with the moon.

Scott please kill me in Nocturnal its your best story yet. Bring it on!

Donny

Kind of looks like Bryan’s drawing from Nocturnal was some kind of premonition of this cover image. Scary.
